To analyse about the proposal, the city travel commission has engaged two independent economist and made research about the study to release the proposal. The taxi commision has the authority to take decision about the pay rule, but it gave authorization to the council to do research about the pay rules.
Uber and Lyft has also addressed about the Study. So this might help to improvise the payscale of the drivers.
